*WHEN: Saturday, April 13; 8:30pm – WHERE: Jammin Java – WHAT: Live jazz music, poetry reading, fun, food, caffeinated beverages!*
Continuing with our month-long celebration of jazz and the donation of 500+ jazz CDs to the library’s collection (more to come on this!), Friends of the Library and Warner Library are holding a free coffeehouse this Saturday night at 8:30pm in Jammin Java. We will be offering one free Jammin Java drink per person and plenty of free baked goods!
Jazz musician Joe Holt will be performing two jazz sets. In between we’ll feature poetry readings by faculty, students & alumni. Local artist George Rothacker will be present to sign posters of his The Duke Ellington Orchestra painting. (image below).
